This site will be constantly updated, so if your church/organisation’s details have changed, or you would prefer a different brief description, please email us organisation name, new details and, if applicable, the web address & email address. Please place Listing Change as the subject of your email. If you do not have access to email, please post the required changes.

Many directory services for churches will charge you for listing your church’s details on the internet - perhaps as much as £50 per year or so! but the Luton Churches Directory is financed by Churches Together in Luton (CTL) as a gift to the Church in Luton and is run entirely voluntarily, to the greater glory of God.
If you would like to have fuller control over the design of your webpage, then you are invited to email the HTML page, plus any simple graphics to us. Please ensure that the following tag is included <title>Page Title</title>, where “Page Title” is the exact title which appears in the Windows Title Bar before the "- Microsoft... etc." (or whatever your browser’s brand is); e.g. Administration & Advertising is the title of this page.

Rating

You may have noticed the logo which appears on the Home page. Luton Churches Directory has registered this site with the Internet Content Rating Association - an internationally recognised ratings body which rates the content (or lack thereof) of violence, bad language, unsavoury content etc., in order that unsuitable sites may be filtered. Luton Churches Directory strongly recommends all churches and Christian organisations with an internet website to visit the RSACi’s site and to register their site. An unregistered, unrated site will not be allowed to be seen by anyone whose browser settings forbid unrated sites (and if you set the Content Advisor in Microsoft Internet Explorer, this is the default setting!).

Advertising

Christian non-profit organisations (i.e. registered non-profit organisations) are welcome to use this webpage to advertise or promote their services. Please note that large graphic files will be reduced in size, and hence quality, if they cause the webpage to take significantly long to load over a standard dial-up connection.
